Not really, assuming you're referring to how they're handling backwards compatibility. If you don't deliver that stuff, don't get angry when I go online and complain about all the things that disappoint and frustrate me with your latest console because it feels like it's lacking what I have come to see as basically essential features and experiences (certainly on Nintendo platforms anyway). Nintendo, you taught me that things like touch screens, stylus input, dual screens, motion controls, and backwards compatibility (in one form of another) were important, and I bought into that, now deliver them on your latest console. Not giving us that stuff in a new console would just feel like a step back and a bit of a slap in the face to me, regardless of how Nintendo's PR/marketing men try to explain/justify it away. And I say this not because Switch can't be a cool system in its own right without this kind stuff or those particular games but more because it's Nintendo itself that's set the expectation that these kind of things should be in its hardware now and going forward. I really would, however, expect to be able to play pretty much all the old DS/3DS and Wii U games on the Switch via digital in one form or another (via the eShop or VC for example), and if Nintendo has designed the system such that this truly isn't possible or practical on Switch then I'd say that was just one more of the stupid decisions/oversights its made with most of its hardware in the last couple of generations. on whether the Nintendo Switch would be able to play games for smart devices, Nintendo said that they couldn’t answer the question now
